Lithium battery charge management IC is a MOSFET structure, so it does not require an external resistor and diode. When the charge current falls to one tenth of system setting value, the system will automatically stop charging; when the input power is removed, the chip will automatically enter low power sleep mode, in order to maintain a low leakage current of the battery. Mainly used in mobile charging power supply, MP3/MP4 battery, electronic dictionary, wireless mouse, keyboard, etc.. Typical application circuit is as follows:
